Per our terms of service, full or partial refunds are provided for the following:
- Order is cancelled if the store is unable to deliver order.
- Upon delivery, item is discovered to be missing and customer no longer needs/wants the missing item.
- Upon delivery, item is discovered to broken and customer no longer needs/wants a replacement.
Please notify SWILL support by submitting a ticket or emailing email@example.com about your issue. If a refund is approved, it will credited back to your credit card within 2-3 business days.
