Once you have submitted your order, it is immediately dispatched to the vendor for confirmation.
If there is something out of stock on the order, the vendor will call you to either:
- Replace the items with a comparable replacement (eg: same price point)
- Or if nothing is available for the swap, the item will be removed from the order and the cost of it credited back to your credit card.
The vendor will dispatch the order out for delivery as soon as possible. You will be notified via the app once it has left the store.
If for some reason the vendor is not able to perform the delivery (eg: store is closed, bad weather, etc), the vendor will cancel/decline the order. The refund will be processed within 24 hours and back on your card within 2-3 business days.
